1. How do I purchase items?

Making a purchase is easy. The Revere product line is available through many Electronic and Security Distributors nationwide. Call your favorite Distributor to order products or click on Find a Distributor for a map of Distributors near your area.

If your Distributor of choice is not currently handling the Revere product line, email us at info@reverenet.com or call us at 800 843-8321. We'll contact him about handling the products you need.


2. What is Revere's warranty policy?

Speaker and siren products carry a one-year limited warranty.

Transformers, telephone cords and jacks carry a one-year limited warranty.

CCTV products, other than monitors, carry a one-year limited warranty. Monitors carry a one-year limited warranty with the exception of monitor picture tubes, which carry a 90-day limited warranty.

Other REVERE products carry a one-year limited warranty.

CONNTECH products carry a one-year limited warranty.

We guarantee all products to be free from any manufacturing or material defects. This warranty will not extend to any REVERE products which have been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or used in violation of instructions furnished by REVERE. This limited warranty does not apply to physically damaged parts. We do not warrant the fitness of our product for any particular purpose. Customer shall be solely responsible for determining suitability for use including compatibility with other equipment. This limited warranty extends to products listed in the company's current price schedule.

No liability will be accepted for damages directly or indirectly caused from the use of or the inability to use our products or from any other causes. Our liability shall be limited to the repair and replacement of our products, if found to be defective.

No other warranty, written or verbal, is authorized by or on behalf of REVERE INDUSTRIES.

Consult factory to obtain a valid Return Authorization Number before returning. Any product found to be defective will be replaced at the option of REVERE INDUSTRIES.


3. What if I need to know about a product not on this website?

New products become available on a regular basis. Information on new products and on products not listed on our website can be emailed, faxed or mailed to you. Contact us with your request via email at info@reverenet.com or call us toll free at 800 843-8321.


4. How do I find someone to install Revere products?

Whatever company or individual that has installed other electronic products in your home, business or institution can generally install anything in the Revere product line for you. Because some states have laws requiring licensing for different types of installations, we suggest you always interview any company regarding their licenses before an installation of any type is done in your facility.

Depending on which Revere products you need installed, you should contact your Electronics company, Alarm company, Sound/Video installation company, Electrician or Locksmith to do your installation.


5. What is the current draw on your sirens?

The current draw on each of the Revere sirens is listed on this website within the specifications for that particular product. Please refer to the item by part number, product type or do a search for the item in question to find the specifications.
